Refund & cancellation

This policy applies to paid individual planning consultations offered by Vector Array Savings Planning Co., Ltd. (บริษัท Vector Array Savings Planning จำกัด), TIN 0105860192482, 69/8,Mittraphap Road,Mueang Khon Kaen, 40000 Khon Kaen, Thailand, info@vector-array.digital, +66-43-246-817.

Several timeframes below are standard market practice and are proposed, pending business confirmation; we will confirm the exact window in your engagement letter.

Eligibility

Refunds apply to consultation fees you have paid in advance. Document preparation that has already been delivered in final form is generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Cancellation by you

• More than 48 hours before a scheduled session: full refund of any unused prepaid fee, or free rescheduling once.
• Within 48 hours: we may retain up to 30% of the session fee to cover reserved planner time, with the balance refunded or applied to a new date within 60 days.
• No-show without notice: the scheduled session fee may be charged in full.

Cancellation by us

If we must cancel (illness, office closure), you receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at no extra charge.

Partial completion

For multi-session packages, completed sessions are charged at the agreed per-session rate; remaining prepaid amounts are refunded minus any non-recoverable third-party costs we incurred on your instruction.

How to request a refund

Email info@vector-array.digital with your name, session date, and payment reference. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 14 business days where banking rules allow.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule is included if requested at least 48 hours ahead. Additional changes may incur a 500 THB administrative fee (proposed, pending business confirmation).

Deposits

If a deposit was required to hold calendar time, it follows the same cancellation windows above and is applied to your final invoice when you attend.
